去年以来,兰州晚报编委会针对近年来报社陆续新进了一批年轻记者和一些记者采访作风不够深入的实际,为了加强新闻队伍的思想建设和作风建设,提高新闻工作者的政治和业务素质,促进新闻工作者与人民群众的密切联系,先后组织了16名中青年记者,分四批轮流到市辖皋兰、永登、榆中三县农村锻炼,体验生活,参加劳动,了解情况,研究问题,采写新闻。下乡前报社领导对记者提出要求:到农村后,要虚心做群众的小学生,向农民学习,向实际生活学习,了解农民的思想和要求,向农民宣传党的十三届四、五、六中全会精神,为农村的两个文明建设提神鼓劲。通过分期分批地下乡锻炼,使大部分记者丰富了社会知识,锻炼了思想作风,增强了同农民的感情,尝到了深入生活、深入实际的甜头。
