资源是我们汲取并利用的东西,是我们尽可能有效利用、从中攫取价值并防止浪费的原材料。但员工不是原材料,不能将他们说成是一个组织中最宝贵的资源。
Resources are what we draw and exploit, raw materials that we use as efficiently as we can to grab value and prevent waste. But employees are not raw materials and can not be said to be the most valuable resource in an organization.
