布罗(Bullough)曾指出:教师的职业认同是教师教育的核心,教师教育必须从关注教师认同开始。作为教师群体的特殊组成部分——非在编教师,在整个教师阶层中属于“弱势群体”。其身份造成他们社会地位偏低、工资低、缺乏相应的职业认同感,其职业成长已经被严重的“边缘化”。本文回顾已有的研究,对职业认同的概念以及幼儿教师职业认同的相关研究进行梳理,并提出在幼儿教师职业认同研究中的不足与对未来的展望。
Bullough has pointed out: The occupation of teachers is the core of teacher education, teacher education must begin with the teacher’s attention. As a special part of the group of teachers - non-teachers, in the entire teacher class are “vulnerable groups.” Their status causes them to have low social status, low wages and lack of corresponding professional identity. Their professional growth has been seriously “marginalized.” This paper reviews the existing research, sorts out the concepts of professional identity and the related research of kindergarten teachers ’professional identity, and puts forward the shortcomings in the study of kindergarten teachers’ occupational identity and the future prospects.
