目的制备盐酸文拉法辛药物树脂复合物,并考察在静态条件下影响药物树脂形成的因素。方法以强酸性阳离子交换树脂(001×7)为载体,在静态条件下考察了离子交换树脂的粒径、交换温度、树脂用量对药物树脂的制备即静态交换动力学特性的影响,并对交换动力学曲线进行拟合,考察了不同条件下的交换反应速率常数、平衡速率常数、活化能、反应热和熵值。结果树脂颗粒越小、反应温度越高,达到平衡所需时间越短。树脂用量越大,平衡时交换率越高。交换反应活化能约为52 kJ mol-1,且温度为293 K时,交换反应可自发正向进行。结论上述因素对药物树脂复合物的制备均有不同程度的影响。
Objective To prepare Venlafaxine Hydrochloride drug resin complex and investigate the factors affecting drug resin formation under static conditions. Methods The effect of particle size, exchange temperature and amount of resin on the static exchange kinetics of drug resin was investigated under the static condition with strong acid cation exchange resin (001 × 7) Kinetic curves were fitted to investigate the exchange reaction rate constants, equilibrium rate constants, activation energy, reaction heat and entropy under different conditions. As a result, the smaller the resin particles, the higher the reaction temperature and the shorter the time required to reach equilibrium. The greater the amount of resin, the higher the exchange rate at equilibrium. The exchange activation energy is about 52 kJ mol-1 and the exchange reaction proceeds spontaneously at 293 K. Conclusion The above factors have different degrees of influence on the preparation of drug-resin composites.
