随着教育信息化征程与我校“数字化”校园建设步伐的加快,使得技能实训已然成为中职现代技术教学的一个重要环节,并对“提升教师专业素质、激发学生学习兴趣、及时形成有效评价、切实提高实操水平”等都提出了更高要求。而本文则在课堂实践的基础上,通过应用微格教学法,从内涵界定、构建策略及所取成效等几个方面展开论述,以期进一步体悟微格教学法所呈现的信息化教学魅力,并从创新实训课程教学模式中获取新颖有效的必备教学技能,更希望引起同行思考。
With the expediting of informationization process of education and the pace of campus construction of “Digitalization” in our school, training of skills has become an important link in the modern technical teaching of secondary vocational education. It is also an important link to improve teachers ’professional qualities, stimulate students’ interest in learning, Timely formation of an effective evaluation, and effectively improve the level of practical operation "and put forward higher requirements. Based on the practice of the classroom, this essay discusses the connotation, the strategy of construction and the results obtained through the application of micro-teaching method in order to further understand the charm of information teaching presented by micro-teaching method. From innovative training courses teaching mode to obtain new and effective teaching skills necessary, but also hope to arouse peer thinking.
