财政部颁布了最新修订的医疗机构制度,并随之在全国医疗系统范围内推广执行。随着我国新医改制度的不断深入落实,在市场经济快速发展的今天,医院作为一种特殊的经济实体,要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,就必须从内部管理核心环节入手,优化和完善医院财务管理,使医院财务管理渗透到医院各个领域、各个环节之中,促进医院的发展。文章结合工作实际和教学经验,对新形势下医院财务管理方面存在的问题进行了分析。
