糖尿病是一类以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,是最为常见的慢性病之一。糖尿病患者长期出现高血糖,会导致机体各种组织、器官受到慢性损害,并出现功能性障碍,会对患者生活质量产生较大影响。在糖尿病治疗过程中,除了要通过药物控制血糖外,还要注意饮食调节。合理的饮食习惯有利于进一步控制患者病情,并让患者血脂、血糖及血压等维持在正常水平。基于此,本文对糖尿病患者饮食指导进行了探讨,并提出了一系列观点,以供参考。
