目的探讨肺耐药蛋白(lung resistance protein,LRP)在宫颈癌中表达情况。方法运用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测20例正常宫颈组织和47例宫颈癌组织中LRP基因mRNA表达情况。结果耐药基因LRP在宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率(76.6%)明显高于正常宫颈组织(15.0%)(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中LRP mRNA表达水平(0.58±0.29)明显高于正常组织(0.17±0.14)(t=7.57,P<0.01);宫颈癌组织中LRP表达在淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度、临床分期上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中存在原发性耐药现象;LRP基因在宫颈癌组织中高表达,在宫颈癌对顺铂的原发性耐药中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of lung resistance protein (LRP) in cervical cancer. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of LRP in 20 cases of normal cervical tissue and 47 cases of cervical cancer. Results The positive expression rate of LRP gene in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues (76.6% vs 15.0%, P <0.05). The expression of LRP mRNA in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues (0.58 ± 0.29) (0.17 ± 0.14) (t = 7.57, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of LRP in cervical cancer between lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation and clinical stage (P> 0.05). Conclusion The primary drug resistance exists in cervical cancer tissues. LRP gene is highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues and may play an important role in the primary resistance of cisplatin to cervical cancer.
