为了研究与比较瓜蒌不同部位中多糖类成分的组成、性质及其抗氧化作用,试验通过对瓜蒌皮多糖和瓜蒌子多糖的总糖含量、糖醛酸含量和蛋白质含量的测定及单糖组成分析,研究与比较了瓜蒌不同部位中多糖类成分的组成和性质;采用测定清除DPPH自由基能力和总还原能力的体外模型,对瓜蒌不同部位中多糖类成分的抗氧化活性进行了评价与比较。结果表明:瓜蒌皮多糖与瓜蒌子多糖均含有大量的糖醛酸,单糖组成为D-甘露糖、L-鼠李糖、D-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-木糖、D-葡萄糖醛酸与D-半乳糖醛酸,但含量与比例存在差异;瓜蒌皮多糖和瓜蒌子多糖均有较强的清除DPPH自由基能力和还原能力,但瓜蒌皮多糖清除DPPH自由基能力强于瓜蒌子多糖,瓜蒌子多糖的总还原能力优于瓜蒌皮多糖。说明瓜蒌不同部位中存在不同类型的酸性杂多糖,具有较强的抗氧化活性。
In order to study and compare the composition, properties and antioxidation of polysaccharides in different parts of Gracilaria lemaneiformis, the total sugar content, uronic acid content and protein content of Gualou skin polysaccharides and Gualou ganzi polysaccharides were determined. Monosaccharide composition analysis, the composition and properties of polysaccharides in different parts of the melon were studied and compared. The in vitro model of DPPH free radical scavenging ability and total reducing ability was used to detect the polysaccharide components Oxidation activity was evaluated and compared. The results showed that both polysaccharides from Fructus Rugosa and Fructus Chinensis contain large amounts of uronic acids. The monosaccharides consist of D-mannose, L-rhamnose, D-glucose, D-galactose and L- arabinose, D - xylose, D-glucuronic acid and D-galacturonic acid, but the contents and proportions are different. Both the polysaccharides of Fructus Ruditapes and Fructus Quagruciformis have stronger capability of scavenging DPPH radical and reducing ability, Dermal polysaccharide scavenging DPPH free radical ability is stronger than melon seed polysaccharide, melon seed polysaccharide total reduction ability is better than melon skin polysaccharide. It shows that there are different types of acid heteropolysaccharides in different parts of konjac, which have strong antioxidative activity.
