针对三氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-123)气相催化氟化法生产五氟乙烷(HFC-125)过程中,因分离系统装置采用单塔回流,造成氟化出气HCFC-123和HF夹带较多,物耗与能耗的较大的问题,对分离过程中氟化回流系统进行结构改进和工艺优化,通过双塔串联操作,大幅降低了氟化出气HCFC-123含量及水洗氟含量,达到了节约物料,降低系统分离能耗的目的,取得了良好的经济效益。
