目前人们都在积极地思考,希望帮助某些面临困境的国有企业找到摆脱困境的出路。而只有明确问题所在,才能找到解决问题的钥匙。也许,对于某些国有企业而言,寻找出路,不妨从管理入手。真正实现对现代国有企业管理观念的转变从计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转轨的过程中,存在着企业管理体制和方法的转换。提高企业的管理水平,就要求我们的管理意识有真正实质性的转变。
At present, people are actively thinking about and hope to help certain state-owned enterprises facing difficulties to find a way out of the predicament. Only by clarifying the problem can we find the key to solving the problem. Perhaps, for some state-owned enterprises, looking for a way out, you may wish to start with management. In the process of realizing the transformation of modern state-owned enterprise management concepts from the planned economy system to the socialist market economy system, there is a change in the enterprise management system and methods. Improving the management level of enterprises requires a real and substantive change in our management consciousness.
