运动员在训练前、训练中和训练后的饮食与训练表现,和训练中身体的感受有密切的联系。训练开始前摄入食品的作用是防止在训练期间产生饥饿感,而不是为运动提供能量。为运动供应能量的是前一天摄入的碳水化合物,这些碳水化合物被消化吸收后转化成肝糖原,储存在肌肉中备用。所以,训练后的饮食对身体的恢复和为下一次训练比赛做准备起着至关重要的作用。
