Ukraine announced in a cabinet announcement of 27 October that it had approved measures to strengthen the export control of missile technology. A draft resolution was drafted jointly by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the State Export Control Authority of Ukraine, proposing to amend the parts of the national dual-use equipment list that could be used for the development and production of missile systems. Amendments to the national dual-use list will illustrate features of rocket assemblies, turbojet and turbofan engines, wind tunnels, and components used to produce rocket fuels. The approval of the measure will help strengthen Ukraine’s export control and better comply with the country’s obligations
