昆虫血淋巴蛋白的变化,是体内蛋白质动态的集中反映。它质的差异既代表了种的特异性,又是基因调控变化的表征;量的变化则与发育时期及生理状态关系极大,并受到脂肪体内蛋白颗粒贮存和释放的影响。为了探明棉铃虫的蛋白质代谢特点,本文同时对血淋巴和脂肪体中蛋白质动态变化进行了测定和观察,作为今后深入研究棉铃虫的抗药性生理生化机制的基础。
Insect hemolymph changes, is a concentrated reflection of the body’s protein dynamics. Its qualitative difference not only represents the specificity of the species, but also is the characterization of the change of gene regulation. The change of the quantity has a great relation with the development period and the physiological state, and is affected by the storage and release of the protein particles in fat body. In order to investigate the protein metabolism of Helicoverpa armigera, the dynamic changes of proteins in hemolymph and fat body were measured and observed at the same time, which served as the basis for further study on the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of resistance to H. armigera.
