分析了大型整体式多路阀阀体的结构特点,建立阀体的三维实体模型,并对阀体的铸造工艺进行部分改进。运用Anycasting对原浇注工艺方案和改进后的工艺方案进行凝固过程模拟分析。结果表明,改进后的冒口能更好的对铸件进行补缩,使缩孔、缩松等缺陷得到明显的改善。
The structural characteristics of a large integral multi-way valve body are analyzed, a three-dimensional solid model of the valve body is established, and the casting process of the valve body is partially improved. Anycasting was used to simulate the solidification process of the original casting process and the improved process. The results show that the improved riser can make the castings be better and the defects such as shrinkage and shrinkage are obviously improved.
