目的:考察外用药复方莪术油乳膏皮肤局部用药的安全性。方法:用白兔进行急性毒性试验;用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验和皮肤刺激性试验。结果:复方莪术油乳膏对白兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无急性毒性;对豚鼠无皮肤及全身过敏反应;对豚鼠完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性,但给药后48h或72h后刺激性消失。结论:复方莪术油乳膏是安全性较好的外用制剂。
Objective: To investigate the safety of topical medications for external use of compound zedoary oil cream. METHODS: Acute toxicity tests were performed in white rabbits; skin irritation tests and skin irritation tests were performed in healthy guinea pigs. RESULTS: The compound zedoary oil cream had no acute toxicity to the intact skin and damaged skin of white rabbits; it had no skin and systemic allergic reaction to guinea pigs; it had no irritation to intact skin of guinea pigs and mild irritation to damaged skin, but 48 hours after administration or The irritation disappeared after 72 hours. Conclusion: Compound zedoary oil cream is a safe external preparation.
