在高职院校学生中大力发展党员是高校党的建设和思想政治工作的重要组成部分。本文分析了新时期高职院校学生党员发展工作中存在的问题:学生入党动机复杂;入党积极分子培训机制不健全、形式单一,考察机制不完善;培养对象考察标准不一致,考察期过短,考察不到位;学生党员总体数量偏少,正式党员少,分布不均;学生党员后续教育管理工作滞后等问题,针对问题进行分析并提出了相应的建议。
Vigorously Developing Party Members among Students in Higher Vocational Colleges is an Important Part of Party Building and Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities. This article analyzes the problems existing in the development of student party members in higher vocational colleges in the new era: the motivation of the students joining the party is complex; the training mechanism of the activists joining the party is not perfect, the form is single, the inspection mechanism is imperfect; the standard of training the examinees is inconsistent, The number of student party members is small, the number of official members is small, the distribution is uneven, and the follow-up education management of student party members lags behind. The problems are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
