目的:探讨甘肃汉族人群中白血病的易感性与HLA基因多态性之间的关联。方法:采用序列特异性寡核苷酸探针杂交技术(PCR-SSO),对57例白血病患者和45例健康对照组进行HLA-A、-B及-DRB1基因分型。结果:在等位基因HLA-A、-B及-DRB1中,白血病患者的HLA-A01、-B38及-DR15基因的基因频率高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而HLA-A11及-DR03基因的基因频率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:甘肃省汉族人群基因HLA-A01、-B38及-DR15对白血病具有遗传易感作用;而基因HLA-A11和-DR03对白血病具有遗传拮抗作用。
Objective: To investigate the association between susceptibility to leukemia and HLA polymorphism in Gansu Han population. Methods: HLA-A, B and -DRB1 genotypes were performed on 57 leukemia patients and 45 healthy controls using sequence-specific oligonucleotide probe hybridization (PCR-SSO). Results: The frequencies of HLA-A01, -B38 and -DR15 genes in leukemia patients were higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05) in alleles HLA-A, -B and -DRB1, The gene frequency of DR03 gene was significantly decreased (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: HLA-A01, -B38 and -DR15 genes in Han population of Gansu Province are genetically susceptible to leukemia. However, genes HLA-A11 and -DR03 have genetic antagonism on leukemia.
