复合维生素—电解质—糖溶液对体能及有关生理功能的保护效应

16名健康男性年轻战士随机分为两组,在连续8天中等强度作业及2次长跑体力训练期间,分别补充对照溶液(对照组)和复合维生素—电解质—糖溶液(实验组)。长跑后,实验组的血浆容量、血糖水平和亚极量运动试验测得的PWC_(170)及VO_(2max)明显高于对照组。8天实验后,实验组的体能恢复明显优于对照组,VB_1、VB_2和VC营养状况有显著改善,且出汗流失的无机盐获得适宜补充。结果说明,复合维生素—电解质—糖溶液对热环境作业人员的体力能力及有关生理功能具有保护作用。 Sixteen healthy male young warriors were randomly divided into two groups. The control solution and the vitamin-electrolyte-sugar solution (experimental group) were supplemented respectively during the eight-day moderate-intensity exercise and two-time long-distance physical training. After long-distance running, the experimental group’s plasma volume, blood glucose level and submaximal exercise test measured PWC 170 and VO 2max were significantly higher than the control group. After 8 days, the physical recovery of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group, the nutritional status of VB_1, VB_2 and VC were significantly improved, and the inorganic salt of sweating loss was properly replenished. The results showed that the multivitamin-electrolyte-sugar solution had a protective effect on the physical ability and related physiological functions of the thermal environment workers.
