随着素质教育的推行,新的课程改革对中学体育教学也提出了新的要求。《体育与健康》以“健康第一”观念构建了体育科目的课程体系。在新课程改革的背景下,对中学体育教师的职业素质提出了更新更高的要求。本文就职业素质的内涵进行分析,进而探讨中学体育教师如何构建其职业素质,以适应新时期体育教学的要求。
With the implementation of quality education, the new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for PE teaching in middle schools. Physical Education and Health builds the curriculum system of PE subject with the concept of “health first”. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, newer and higher requirements are put forward for the professional qualities of PE teachers in middle schools. This article analyzes the connotation of professional quality, and then explores how to construct the professional qualities of physical education teachers in secondary schools to meet the requirements of physical education in the new era.
