目的观察超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞用于胸腔镜肺癌根治术后镇痛的临床效果。方法随机选取2017年3月—2019年3月该院胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者60例,随机分为两组:一组超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞组(研究组,30例),一组静脉自控镇痛泵组(对照组,30例),统计分析两组患者术后不同时间点静息状态、咳嗽状态下NRS评分、术中指标、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者术后1 h、6 h、12 h静息状态、咳嗽状态下NRS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.303、3.182、2.776、2.571、2.447、
