绿色发展是中国经济发展方式的重要内容,体现了以人民为中心的思想,是适应和把握中国经济新常态的重要要求。国家高新区在绿色发展中形成了较为先进的理念,高新技术产业和科技创新优势对推动绿色发展作用明显。绿色发展背景下,中国国家高新区应牢固树立以人民为中心的绿色发展理念,构建高新技术企业绿色生产方式,建立健全绿色发展的激励、扶持和保障制度。
Green development is an important part of China’s economic development mode, embodies the people-centered thinking and is an important requirement for adapting and grasping the new normal of China’s economy. The National Hi-tech Zone has formed a relatively advanced concept in green development. The advantage of hi-tech industries and technological innovation is obvious for promoting green development. Under the background of green development, China’s national hi-tech zones should firmly establish the people-centered concept of green development, build green production methods for high-tech enterprises, and establish and improve the system of encouraging, supporting and guaranteeing green development.
