从一件意外变故说起1989年11月27日傍晚,天津市青年京剧团第三次晋京公演的打炮戏《四郎探母》即将开锣,等待进场和寻购好票的戏迷们早已聚集在北京市工人俱乐部门前,指着广告牌逐一对自己所熟悉的新秀品头评足,期待着从待会儿的首场演出中过足了戏瘾,获得甘美的艺术享受。他们的心情真可谓“兴致勃勃”。而后台,此刻人们的心情却迥然不同,演职员们虽说是按照常规认真地做着演出前的准备,可心里,都捏着一把汗:眼看都六点一刻了,离开演只剩下45分钟,怎么还不见团长和一名主演下后台?倘若到七点仍不见人,大幕拉不开,可怎么向观众交待?
