目的:探讨大中型医院高值耗材在管理过程中存在的问题,以便为大中型医院高值耗材的精细化管理提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月份到2012年12月份高值耗材的相关管理资料及记录,并对管理中存在的问题进行调查和统计。结果:经调查总结,发现我院高值耗材的管理问题主要来自于高值耗材种类繁多、管理工作量大,存在漏费及支付风险,以及管理信息失真等方面;经过精细化管理的逐步落实后,高值耗材问题均得到有效控制和解决。结论:在大中型医院的高值耗材管理中,通过采用条形码等精细化管理模式,能够提高管理与服务能力,为医院创造更多的经济效益,值得推广应用。
Objective: To discuss the problems existing in the management of high-value consumables in large and medium-sized hospitals in order to provide a reference for the fine management of high-value consumables in large and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 high-value supplies related to management information and records, and management of existing problems to investigate and statistics. Results: The survey concluded that the management of high value supplies in our hospital mainly from a wide range of high value supplies, management workload, there is leakage and payment risk, as well as management information distortion and so on; after careful management gradually implemented After the issue of high value supplies have been effectively controlled and resolved. Conclusion: In the management of high-value consumables in large and medium-sized hospitals, the management and service capabilities can be improved through the adoption of a refined management model such as barcode to create more economic benefits for the hospital, which is worth popularizing and applying.
