本文叙述了经颅多普勒超声检查技术及其对36例正常人颅内脑底动脉血流参数的测定结果。血流信号以快速傅里叶转换的实时频谱显示。血流参数包括峰速、平均包络线速度、S/D和PI。通过颈动脉压迫试验、血流方向及取样深度确定被测血管。比较左右两侧脑底动脉平均速度的差异。分析大脑中动脉在不同取样深度血流速度的变化和年龄对血流速度的影响。简单介绍这些血流参数的临床意义。
This article describes the transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and 36 cases of normal intracranial cerebral artery blood flow parameters measured results. The blood flow signal is displayed in fast Fourier transform real-time spectrum. Blood flow parameters include peak velocity, mean envelope velocity, S / D and PI. Through the carotid artery compression test, blood flow direction and sampling depth to determine the blood vessels. Compare the left and right cerebral artery average velocity differences. The changes of blood flow velocity at different sampling depths and the influence of age on blood flow velocity were analyzed. Briefly describe the clinical significance of these blood flow parameters.
