自十一届三中全会以来,伴随着改革开放的脚步,我国企业的管理技术创新也有了较大的进展,国外一些先进的管理技术、管理手段先后被引进,并且在消化吸收、实际应用中取得了较为丰富的经验。国内一些企业家也进行了有益的尝试,为我国企业的管理技术创新和管理科学化积累了丰富的实践经验。当前的任务是,如何从我国企业的实际状况出发,在深化改革的同时,进一步将企业管理技术创新推进到一个新的阶段。为此,需要把企业管理技术创新的工作系统化、体系化、经常化,从而全面提高我国企业的管理技术水平。我认为,当前我国企业管理技术创新应当注重抓三项“基础工程”,即价值工程(VE)、全面质量管理(TQC)和工业工程(IE)。

Some advanced foreign management techniques and management methods have been introduced, and they have been adopted in digestion and absorption and practical applications. Has gained rich experience. Some domestic entrepreneurs have also made useful attempts to accumulate rich practical experience for the management technology innovation and scientific management of Chinese enterprises. The current task is how to proceed from the actual conditions of our country’s enterprises, and at the same time deepen the reform, we will further advance enterprise management technology innovation to a new stage. To this end, it is necessary to systematize, systematize, and regularize the work of enterprise management technology innovation, so as to comprehensively improve the management technology level of Chinese enterprises. In my opinion, the current technological innovation in China’s enterprise management should focus on three “basic projects”, namely Value Engineering (VE), Total Quality Management (TQC) and Industrial Engineering (IE).
