人力资源管理是企业战略目标得以实现的重要基础,对于企业的发展和员工综合素质的提高具有无可替代的作用。培训作为人力资源管理工作的重要环节,能够为企业提供更多专业水平高、综合素质强的人才,从而为企业的长远发展提供坚实的人才基础。本文就对培训对电力企业人力资源管理的意义和具体实践措施进行了分析。
Human resource management is an important foundation for the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise, and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the enterprise and the improvement of the overall quality of the staff. Training as an important part of human resources management can provide enterprises with more professionals with high professional qualities and comprehensive quality so as to provide a solid talent base for the long-term development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the significance of training on human resource management in power enterprises and the concrete practice measures.
