在某些命案中,如果有两名或者以上犯罪嫌疑人利用不同的作案工具,同时或者分不清楚先后顺序,对同一个被害人实施不同的侵害行为并致其死亡,分析和认定各行为在命案中的致命性及其程度,是侦破案件和打击犯罪嫌疑人的重要前提。法医在鉴定过程中如何分清楚不同作案工具或者手段的侵害程度,进而确定致命性损伤的形成原因及机制,是完成上述目的先决条件,本文通过案例分析,介绍在这种情况下,要注重应用病理组织学形态的技术在认定命案中不同侵害行为的关键性和稳定性问题。
