用生物素亲和素酶免疫分析(ABC-ELISA)直接法定量检测原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)病人的 PAIgG 值,发现治疗组 PAIgG 明显增高,缓解组显著降低.故认为PAIgG 的检测对 ITP 的发病机制、诊断及疗效观察具有很大意义.
The PAIgG value of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) was measured directly by biotin-avidin immunoassay (ABC-ELISA), PAIgG was found to be significantly higher in the treatment group and significantly lower in the remission group. The pathogenesis of ITP, diagnosis and efficacy of great significance.
