研究了合金元素对奥氏体球铁高温机械性能、抗氧化性和抗热冲击性能的影响,提出了合金元素的最佳含量。用该奥氏体耐热球铁替代原用耐热钢作渗碳、淬火炉用构件,使用寿命提高1.2~1.6倍,成本降低20%。
The effects of alloying elements on the mechanical properties, oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance of austenitic ductile iron were studied. The optimum content of alloying elements was proposed. The austenitic heat-resistant ductile iron instead of the original heat-resistant steel for carburizing, quenching furnace components, the service life of 1.2 to 1.6 times the cost reduction of 20%.
