以次亚磷酸钠还原磷钼酸为指示反应催化光度法测定金具有很高的灵敏度。本文研究了加入有机溶剂(DMF)使其灵敏度进一步提高及反应介质中各种试剂的适宜浓度。当应用20％(V/V)DMF时灵敏度较水相中提高～50％。已用本法对两种矿样进行了分析,得到了满意的结果。
Reduction of phosphomolybdic acid with sodium hypophosphite as the indicator catalytic spectrophotometric determination of gold with high sensitivity. In this paper, the addition of organic solvents (DMF) to further improve the sensitivity and the appropriate concentration of various reagents in the reaction medium. Sensitivity was ~ 50% higher than that of the aqueous phase when 20% (V / V) DMF was applied. The two samples have been analyzed by this method and satisfactory results have been obtained.
