随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,并购已经成为了现代企业发展的一个重要机制,企业要想成功地进行并购,得需要融资来获得充足的资金,但是我国在融资方面有很多问题,所以在经验少、市场不完善的情况下有效地解决并购融资问题对于我国企业的并购十分重要。本文首先阐述了我国企业在并购融资过程中存在的问题,然后针对这些问题的成因进行了详细的分析,最后提出了完善企业并购融资的对策。
With the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy, M & A has become an important mechanism for the development of modern enterprises. If enterprises want to conduct M & A successfully, they need financing to obtain sufficient funds. However, China has many problems in financing. Therefore, With less experience and imperfect market, it is very important for M & A of Chinese enterprises to effectively solve the M & A financing problem. This article firstly elaborates the problems existing in the process of M & A financing of Chinese enterprises, then analyzes the causes of these problems in detail, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to improve M & A financing of enterprises.
