铜显色法是一种硝酸纤维膜上蛋白印迹显色的新方法。该方法灵敏度可达ng以下,方便、快速,不影响蛋白印迹的酶联显色。该法较已往的膜印迹显示方法实用,适用于微量蛋白的定量分析和转移电泳后膜的显色。
Copper chromogenic method is a new method for the visualization of protein blot on nitrocellulose membrane. The sensitivity of this method can reach below ng, which is convenient, rapid and does not affect the enzymatic color development of the western blot. The method is more practical than the traditional membrane blot display method and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of trace proteins and the color development of the membrane after the transfer electrophoresis.
