胃血灵为临床验方制剂，主要用于上消化道溃疡性出血。本文报告其药效学研究结果：①抗溃疡试验：该制剂对以束缚水浸法引发的小鼠胃溃疡的抗溃疡能力与阳性对照药物甲氰米胍相似；②对大鼠幽门结扎后胃酸的分泌有抑制作用；③对小鼠断尾后的出血有显著止血效果；④能明显缩短凝血时间；⑤该制剂能显著降低小鼠痛感。
