胡吉成,研究员,1927年生,吉林省通化市人,1951年毕业于东北农学院,1955～1959年在苏联莫斯科季米里亚捷夫农学院研究生院学习;获副博士学位。曾任农牧渔业部第一届学术委员会委员、中国农业科学院第二届学术委员会委员、中国植物病理学会第三届常务理事、中国农学会第五届理事、吉林省科学技术协会第三届副主席、吉林省农学会第四届副理事长、吉林省农业科学院院长等职。1983年被选为中国共产党吉林省第四届委员会委员,1987年被选为代表出席了中国共产党第十三次代表大会。
Hu Jicheng, researcher, born in 1927, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, graduated from Northeast Agricultural College in 1951 and studied at the graduate school of the Jekyll Agiave Farming College in Moscow, the Soviet Union from 1955 to 1959; Served as a member of the first Academic Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, the second academic committee of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Chinese Society for Plant Pathology, the third executive director of the Fifth Chinese Agricultural Society, Jilin Province Science and Technology Association third Chairman, the fourth vice president of Jilin Agricultural Association, Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences Dean and other staff. In 1983 was selected as the Communist Party of China Jilin Province, the fourth committee, 1987 was elected as the representative to attend the Chinese Communist 13th Congress.
