本文报道了鼻咽癌患者血清中抗Epstein-Barr病毒特异性DNA酶(EBV-DNase)抗体的检测方法,并对影响检测结果的几种因素进行了探讨。用抗酶率来表示抗体滴度可在0.08~0.20UEBV-DNase范围内进行检测,使实验条件容易控制。 作者对149例鼻咽癌患者和70例健康人血清标本的抗酶率进行了测定。结果表明抗EBV-DNase抗体与EA-IgA有显著的相关性。抗酶率与EA-IgA和VCA-IgA滴度的相关系数分别为0.78和0.66。
This article reports the detection of Epstein-Barr virus specific DNase (EBV-DNase) antibodies in the serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and discusses several factors that affect the detection results. Using anti-enzyme rate to indicate antibody titers can be detected in the range of 0.08 ~ 0.20UEBV-DNase, making the experimental conditions easy to control. The authors measured 149 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and 70 healthy people serum samples of anti-enzyme activity were measured. The results showed that anti-EBV-DNase antibodies and EA-IgA significant correlation. Correlation coefficients of anti-enzyme rates and EA-IgA and VCA-IgA titers were 0.78 and 0.66, respectively.
