信贷管理部作为工商银行主要的业务管理职能部门,负责全行5万亿法人客户信贷资产的风险管理工作。随着改革的深化和职能的扩大,该部人员由40多人,增加到1 60多人,最多时达到180人。该部工作量大、责任更大,业务工作相当繁重,2005年日均需处理公文80余件。目前,该部下辖授信、审批、行业分析和贷后监督检查四个中心以及信贷政策、制度等处室,共有23个处室,共产党员94人;是工商银行规模最大、党员和员工最多的部室。该部还存在“四多一分散”的特点:一是年轻同志多,35岁以下的员工占总人
