The NTK313xx family of power MOSFETs are designed for space-constrained portable electronics applications. Among them, the NTK3134N is a 20V, 890mA N-channel MOSFET. The NTK3139P is a -20V, -780mA P-channel MOSFET. Both devices have low on-resistance RDS (on) above 200mA and 1.5V Low gate voltage allows them to be directly controlled by a power management ASIC or other controller. NT
