单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁偏载系数参数分析

通过建立三跨连续的单箱双室波形钢腹板箱梁桥模型,采用精细化的ANSYS空间网格划分,研究箱梁宽跨比、翼缘宽跨比、横隔板位置、波纹形状、波形钢板厚、波形钢板高度等参数对多室波形钢腹板箱梁应力增大系数和位移增大系数的影响,探究其对偏载系数的敏感度,并与理论分析方法进行对比。结果表明:应力增大系数与位移增大系数的变化规律有差异,中跨的偏载系数值要略大于边跨,宽跨比、横隔板位置、腹板厚度与应力增大系数呈正相关,翼缘宽跨比、横隔板位置、腹板高度与位移增大系数呈正相关,偏载系数对波形钢腹板相关参数的敏感度较低。 Through the establishment of three-span continuous single-box and two-compartment corrugated steel web box girder bridge model, using the refined ANSYS space grid division, the paper studied the ratio of span to span of box girder, span ratio of flange to span, diaphragm position, corrugation shape, The influence of parameters such as the thickness of corrugated steel sheet, the height of corrugated steel sheet on the stress increase factor and displacement increase factor of multi-room corrugated steel web box girder is explored. The sensitivity to partial load factor is explored and compared with the theoretical analysis method. The results show that the variation of stress increasing coefficient and displacement increasing coefficient are different. The value of partial load coefficient of midspan is slightly larger than that of side span, width to span ratio, position of diaphragm, web thickness and stress increasing coefficient, The span-span ratio of flange, the position of diaphragm, the height of web and the coefficient of displacement increase are positively correlated, and the sensitivity of partial load coefficient to the relevant parameters of corrugated steel web is low.
