芳香烃受体(AhR)是一种配体依赖性激活的转录因子,可介导多环芳烃类化合物的毒性反应(包括致毒性),还参与一些重要的生物学过程。AhR与芳香烃受体核转位蛋白结合,促使对异生型物质如环境污染物二口恶英作出反应。近年来的研究发现,AhR可能通过多种途径在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起作用,其中AhR与雌激素受体的抑制性交互应答可能解释为什么乳腺癌仍为激素敏感性乳腺癌,尤其是化学致癌物为主导的乳腺癌。
Aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a ligand-dependent transcription factor that mediates the toxic reactions (including toxicity) of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and participates in some important biological processes. AhR binds to the aromatic hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator and causes responses to heteroxins such as the two pollutants of environmental pollutants.
