公共图书馆,尤其是大中型公共图书馆,普遍存在资源闲置、文献资源利用率低的问题,而大力举办分馆是解决这一问题的重要举措之一,也是做大做强公共图书馆事业的战略措施。从创办分馆的意义、各地建立分馆的实践以及实现分馆规范化管理三个方面,论述了建立分馆这一世界图书馆发展趋势。
Public libraries, especially large and medium-sized public libraries, generally have problems of idle resources and low utilization rate of document resources. To vigorously organize branch libraries is one of the important measures to solve this problem. It is also to make the public libraries bigger and stronger Strategic measures. From the point of creating the meaning of sub-library, the practice of building sub-libraries around the country and the standardization management of sub-library, this paper discusses the development trend of sub-library, a world library.
