在小学教学系统中,为提高小学教学水平,必须注重对小学教学的科学性管理,运用合理的手段来实施一系列的教学管理活动,是保证教学活动规范性的重要条件。伴随着素质教育的提出,这对我国教育工作来说是一项全面的改革,教学宗旨与教学理念等都发生了转变,强调实施小学教学管理工作时,应充分考虑学生的实际情况,将人本理念渗透其中,是提高教学管理水平的重要途径。为此,本文就人本理念下小学教学管理工作展开了分析与探究。
