考虑到一年级学生识字不多,所以教材中全文字的应用题出现得较晚。但应用题的启蒙教学,从10以内的加减法起就已开始了。最早出现的,是用图画表示的应用题,主要用来体现加减法的运算意义;接着在20以内的加减法教学中安排了半图半文的表格式应用题;然后再出现用文字叙述的应用题(个别名词仍用实物图代替)。这种由浅入深,由易到难的编排方式,为搞好应用题的启蒙教学开辟了一条切实可行的途径。但要逐步地、自然地完成简单应用题由图到文的过渡,并在这一过程中使学生对简单应用题有一个初步的认识,还需注意以下几点。
