目的 探讨1H MRS在海绵状血管瘤、静脉性血管瘤和血管肉瘤中的应用价值。方法 全部病例均行MRI检查、术后病理证实,1H MRS检查采用1.5T,定点分辨波谱序列(PRESS序列)对眼眶内肿瘤和同侧额部正常脑组织进行定位,测N 乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱(Cho)、肌酸(Cr)、乙酸盐(Ace)和乳酸(Lac)波。结果 海绵状血管瘤与静脉性血管瘤、血管肉瘤各代谢物曲线下面积在MRS表现上比较有显著差异(P< 0. 05),海绵状血管瘤组: Cho下降、Cr 上升、Lac下降、Ace下降;静脉性血管瘤和血管肉瘤组:Cho上升、Cr下降、Lac上升、Ace上升。结论 1H MRS检查可很好的运用于血管瘤的临床诊断上,并为血管瘤的影像诊断提供一个定量分析的方法。
Objective To investigate the value of 1H MRS in cavernous hemangioma, venous hemangioma and angiosarcoma. Methods MRI was performed in all the cases. Postoperative pathology was confirmed by 1H MRS. The location of orbital tumors and ipsilateral forehead normal brain tissue were measured by 1.5T, point-resolved spectral sequence (PRESS sequence), and N-acetyl aspartate NAA, Cho, Cr, Ace and Lac. Results There were significant differences in the MRS between the cavernous hemangiomas and the venous hemangiomas and angiosarcomas (P <0.05). In the cavernous hemangiomas, Cho decreased, Cr increased, Lac decreased, Ace decreased; in the group of venous hemangioma and angiosarcoma: Cho increased, Cr decreased, Lac increased and Ace increased. Conclusion 1H MRS can be applied to the clinical diagnosis of hemangiomas and provide a quantitative method for the imaging diagnosis of hemangiomas.
