目的通过对地黄不同炮制品组成的地黄合剂降低糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂作用的对比研究,说明生地黄与熟地黄功效异同。方法雄性ICR小鼠四氧嘧啶(50 mg·kg-1)建立糖尿病模型;按血糖随机分为模型对照组,阳性盐酸二甲双胍组(0.5g·kg-1),生地黄-地黄合剂组(0.5g·kg-1),熟地黄-地黄合剂组(0.5g·kg-1),每组10只,1次/d,连续两周,分别观察各组小鼠体重、摄食量、饮水量及血糖血脂的变化。结果生地黄-地黄合剂组血糖[(16.17±5.94)mmol·L-1]和熟地黄-地黄合剂组血糖[(11.19±2.95)mmol·L-1]与模型组血糖[(20.71±5.17)mmol·L-1]相比均能极显著降低(P<0.01),同时均能极显著降低糖尿病小鼠摄食量、饮水量和血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(CHO)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)。结论生地黄、熟地黄组成的地黄合剂都有降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖和血脂作用,地黄生熟异用对地黄合剂降糖、降脂作用影响较大。
OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of Dihuang Mixture, which is made of different processed products of Rehmannia glutinosa, on the blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic mice, which shows the similarities and differences of the efficacy of Dihuang and Rehmannia. Methods The diabetic model was established by alloxan (50 mg · kg -1) in male ICR mice. The mice were randomly divided into model control group, metformin hydrochloride group (0.5 g · kg -1), Dihuang Rehmanniae Mixture group kg · kg-1), and Rehmannia glutinosa-Radix Rehmanniae Mixture (0.5g · kg-1) for 10 consecutive weeks for two weeks. The body weight, food intake, Changes in blood glucose and blood lipids. Results Compared with model group, the levels of blood glucose [(16.17 ± 5.94) mmol·L-1) and those of the recipe group (11.19 ± 2.95 mmol·L-1) were significantly lower than those of the model group (20.71 ± 5.17% mmol·L-1] (P <0.01). At the same time, both of them could significantly reduce food intake, water intake, serum triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (CHO) Density lipoprotein (HDL-C). Conclusion Dihuang mixture composed of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata has the effect of reducing blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic mice.
