目的:研究不同糖代谢水平人群血清蛋白电泳(SPE)的差异,分析SPE与糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)的相关性。方法:对188例不同糖代谢水平人群标本进行Hb A1c检查、行SPE实验,按Hb A1c数值从低到高分为A、B、C 3组,对SPE结果进行比较;以Hb A1c水平为因子,电泳各区带结果为因变量行两两比较q检验。结果:A组与C组比较,大部分区带蛋白含量比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Alb、α2区带蛋白含量比例改变明显(P<0.01);A组与B组比较Alb差异显著,B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:Alb区带与Hb A1c水平负相关,α1、α2和γ区带与Hb A1c水平正相关,提示或可将SPE作为糖代谢水平监测的补充方法应用于临床,对Hb A1c检查起到补充验证的作用。
Objective: To study the difference of serum protein electrophoresis (SPE) among different levels of glucose metabolism and to analyze the correlation between SPE and HbA1c. Methods: Hb A1c was detected in 188 patients with different glucose metabolism levels. SPE was performed according to the Hb A1c values from low to high, and the results of SPE were compared. The Hb A1c level was taken as the factor , Electrophoresis zone results as a dependent variable line comparison of q test. Results: Compared with group C, the protein content of most of the zones showed a significant difference (P <0.05), and the ratio of Alb and a2 bands changed significantly (P <0.01). Compared with group B Alb significant difference, B group and C group, the difference was not statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Alb band is negatively correlated with Hb A1c level, and α1, α2 and γ bands are positively correlated with Hb A1c level, suggesting that SPE may be used clinically as a supplement to monitoring glucose metabolism and complementing Hb A1c The role of verification.
