北京大学出版社2014年9月在“博雅大学堂·艺术”丛书中出版了傅谨先生的学术新著《中国戏剧史》(以下称“傅氏戏剧史”)。自上个世纪以来,有关中国戏剧发展历史的著作虽然不少,但相比较,傅氏戏剧史的叙述角度却极为特殊。本体、本土、草根,是傅氏戏剧史表述中的三个重要关键词。本体戏剧的本体特征是演剧艺术,任何对戏剧史的描述都不能忽视戏剧的这一基本属性。然而,自王国维《宋元戏曲史》之后问世的林林总总的中国戏剧史
