1964午6～7月間,我国有关部門組織高坝考察組,前往法国和瑞士考察这两个国家的高坝建設情况。考察組在法国参观了2个高坝、4个水电站和一个水閘;在瑞士参观了11个高坝、10个水电站。此外还参观了两国的一些科学研究单位和有关制造厂家。此文是考察組回国后写的一份綜合报告,其中有些内容对我們有一定的参考价值;但是由于社会制度不同,具体情况也不一样,有些方面对我們不一定完全适合,因此,希望讀者在参考这类外国經驗时,必須根据我国具体情况,采取分析、批判的态度,吸收那些对我們确实有益的部分,切忌生搬硬套。凡是今后本刊“国外情报栏”发表的文章,希望讀者都本着这个精神去讀,本刊不拟作一一交代。
From June to July 1964, relevant departments of our country organized high dam inspection teams and went to France and Switzerland to inspect the high dam construction in these two countries. The team visited two high dams, four hydropower stations and one sluice in France and 11 high dams and 10 hydropower stations in Switzerland. In addition, some scientific research units and relevant manufacturers in both countries visited. This article is a comprehensive report written by the inspection team after returning home. Some of the contents have some reference value to us. However, due to the different social systems, the specific conditions are not the same, and some aspects may not be entirely suitable to us.
