随着我国经济的发展,石油化工也在日常生产和生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,目前关于炼油管道渗透事故也频频发生,该事故不仅会造成资源浪费,还易引发安全事故。因此,相关部门必须重视炼油管道的焊接问题,提高焊接技术,加强对焊接质量的控制。同时,基于炼油系统管道的特殊用途,应选择合适的管道材质,提高管道的抗腐蚀行,降低管道出现裂缝的几率。本文基于石油管道安装中存在的问题,提出了具体的质量控制措施,并对石油管道中的施工材质作了完整地介绍,旨在提高炼油安全性。
With the economic development in our country, petrochemical industry also plays an increasingly important role in daily production and daily life. However, the infiltration accidents on the refinery pipe are also frequent at present. This accident not only causes waste of resources but also easily leads to safety accidents. Therefore, the relevant departments must attach importance to the refinery welding problems, improve welding technology, strengthen the quality of welding control. At the same time, based on the special use of the oil refining system pipeline, appropriate pipe material should be selected to improve the corrosion resistance of the pipeline and reduce the probability of pipeline cracks. Based on the existing problems in oil pipeline installation, this paper puts forward specific quality control measures and introduces the construction materials in oil pipeline in order to improve the safety of oil refining.
