2013年12月27日,由中共北京市委宣传部、北京市社会科学界联合会、北京市哲学社会科学规划办公室联合主办的第七届北京市中青年社科理论人才“百人工程”学者论坛在对外经济贸易大学举行。本届论坛以“中国梦·深化改革与转型发展——聚焦十八届三中全会”为主题进行理论学习和深入探讨,体现了首都社会科学界和“百人工程”学者高度的使命意识和责任意识。来自北京大学、清华大学等高校的8位“百人工程”学者分别进行了主题演讲。北京社科理论人才“百人工程”是北京市委市政府为培养造就一批以马克思主义为指导,政治强、业务精、作风正的中青年社科理论拔尖人才而实施的人才培养计划。自1995年启动以来,积极培养首都中青年社科理论学科带头人和学术骨干,业已成为首都社科理论人才队伍建设的重要品牌,在培养造就一支政治强、业务精、作风正的社科理论队伍方面发挥了重要作用。2007年起,联合部分在京高校主办北京中青年社科理论人才“百人工程”学者论坛,经过多年的努力和历届的积淀已经具有较大影响力。
On December 27, 2013, the Seventh Beijing Young and Middle-aged Social Science Talents “100-person Project ” Scholar jointly sponsored by Propaganda Department of CPC Beijing Municipal Party Committee, Beijing Federation of Social Sciences and Beijing Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Office The forum was held at the University of International Business and Economics. Eight keynote speakers from Peking University and Tsinghua University gave keynote speeches respectively. Beijing social science theory talent “hundred people project ” is the Beijing municipal government to cultivate and create a number of Marxism as a guide, political strong, professional and positive style of middle-aged social science theory top talent training program implemented. Since its inception in 1995, it has actively cultivated leaders and academic leaders in the academic field of young and middle-aged social sciences in the capital. It has become an important brand in the construction of theoretical personnel of the social sciences in the capital and has cultivated a social science department with strong political, professional and style. Theoretical team has played an important role. Since 2007, the joint department has hosted Beijing young and middle-aged social science theory talents and “100-person Engineering” scholars forum in Beijing universities. After years of hard work and previous accumulation, it has had a great influence.
